Novotel Szczecin Centrum

We had a beautiful welcome amenity with balloons, card, game and bottle of prosecco for our anniversary stay. Thank you Aleksandra, Wiktoria and Martha from the reception for arranging. Kids enjoyed the pool, although I must say the chlorine levels were too much. The ladies at the breakfast restaurant were also nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was good enough. Kids loved the waffle station and popcorn station. We also liked that every floor has a water dispenser. This hotel is really active in its sustainability efforts.Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The location was excellent - very central. The room was very comfortable with very comfy bed and a really great work light. Very hard to get this in a hotel so excellent re lighting. The business centre was also very bright and comfortable.

The staff was really friendly! The breakfast buffet was very good and also the lady that served the breakfast buffet did a very good job. We had one very nice dinner in the restaurant, nice food and good service. My kids loved the pool! The room had a little coffee/tea bar and a mini fridge.

Great service with warm, welcoming, and helpful reception staff, very comfortable hotel in a central location, with a nice and quiet patio at the back. Tasty breakfast although could include a wider selection of 'healthy' options.

Spa area is very good! Jacuzi was constantly bobling. Nice playroom for kids with interesting toys. I like water automats with sparkling water in every floor. Very friendly stuff. Thank you for our perfect stay and for Easter present to our daughter. She likes the bunny very much.
