Perfect location, very polite staff, clean and modern rooms. It was very cozy and comfortable. Enough space in our bathroom and the bed in our room was very comfortable. I'm pretty sure I'll be back there.

Central location. Prolongation for 1/2 of the day at very small price. Very tasty breakfast with good choice. Comfortable bed. Good food at the lobby restaurant.

Location, rooms, staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great underground parking and it's very close to the city center. The check-in was very easy, nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed the stay. Shame that the pool was not open at the time we stayed and hotel had a few shortages of water and electricity which could have been dealt with better. Overall very good time at Novotel. Professional service.

The staff was very friendly and our dog was allowed in the restaurant, she didn’t have to stay in the room . They even gave her a bowl of water every time we were in the bar or restaurant. The room was modern and very clean

Very good location, close to everything, great facilities in the hotel and very clean. Loved the pool and spa as well as the option to add a massage which was amazing. All the staff was very lovely and super helpful.

Nice modern clean room. I loved the fitness centre, although it was fairly small which is normal for a hotel it had a great variety of free weights and calisthenics equipment. Very helpful and friendly staff!

Breakfast was really good with many options, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We never used any transportation in the city. We could reach the hotel from the train station by walking in 10 mins, and it was well-centered to visit all the other nice parts of the city.
